Margie Bray Childers age 84 of Donaldson, AR died Sunday, February 26, 2012. She was born October 12, 1927 in Caraway, AR the daughter of Ely Wiley and Ola Mae Phoenix Bray. She was a member of the World Wide Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Glen "Red" Childers, a son, David Childers, and a granddaughter, Christy Deaton.
Survivors include four sons, Larry Childers of Bismarck, Gary (Donna) Childers of Arkadelphia, Steve and Jeff Childers both of Donaldson, two daughters, Brenda (Junior) Morrison of Friendship, Tricia (Kevin) Maynard of Donaldson and one sister, Sue (Paul) Crow of Midway, nine grandchildren, Dee Vinson, Charla Langley, Larry G. Childers, Stacy, Jeremy, Jody and Cory Morrison, Eli and Matthew Maynard and 16 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Tuesday in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel in Arkadelphia with burial in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Friendship. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery Fund C/O Paul Crow, 301 Nix Lp, Donaldson, AR 71941.
