Margie Ballew
Margie Lou Ballew age 97 of Hollywood, AR died Monday, September 29, 2014. She was born October 18, 1916 the daughter of the late R. S. and Mary L. Ballew and was the widow of Garland Clingan. She was a retired elementary school teacher in the Arkadelphia School System, an avid reader and lover of children.
Survivors include two cousins, John E. Frazier of Caddo Valley and Dotsy Harris of North Little Rock, step granddaughter, Cheryl Sliger of Hot Springs, step great grandchildren, Courtland, Megan, and Caitlyn Sliger and other relatives step relatives and close friends.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Thursday, October 2nd in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel with Randy Turner officiating. Burial will be in the Hollywood Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
The family would like to extend their appreciation to Hospice Home Care of Hot Springs for the excellent care given to Mrs. Ballew.
Memorials may be to the Hollywood Cemetery Fund C/O Southern Bancorp, 2500 Pine St., Arkadelphia, AR 71923.
