She was preceded in death by husband, Wiley C. Tester, Jr., and son James Tester.
She is survived by her daughter Rosalind McNew; granddaughter Meghan Siscoe; and great-grandson, Thomas Siscoe. Burial was private at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
