Margaret Starkey

Margaret A. Kizziar Starkey, age 68, of Donaldson, passed away Friday, February 17, 2017 in North Little Rock. She was born September 28, 1948 to the late Lee and Agnes Pennington Kizziar. Margaret was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. She loved to cook, working crossword puzzles and going to garage sales. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her best friend and running mate, her husband Alvin. She was preceded in death by brothers, J. W., Odie, Marvin, Elvin and Larry Kizziar and one sister, Wanda Thompson. Survivors are her husband of over forty-six years, Alvin Starkey; two sons, Kevin Starkey, Keith Starkey and wife, Angie all of Donaldson; one daughter, Kari Starkey Lackey and husband, Chris of Hot Springs; grandchildren, Cody, Cory, Haley, Logan and Skylar Starkey and Khloe Lackey; two brothers, Lyndall Kizziar of Smithland, Texas and Johnny Kizziar of Texarkana, Texas; two sisters, Bonnie Adams and Janice "Cookie" Cannon both of Malvern; several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 10:00 am Tuesday, February 21st at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Ronnie Hardin and Bro Billy Bosley officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 pm Monday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. Memorials may be made to Mt. Pleasant Cemetery Fund (Harriett Babb 602 Longbranch Rd. Donaldson, AR. 71941.
