Margaret Lavan Loveday

Margaret Lavan Loveday, age 71, of Hot Springs, passed away, Thursday, November 11, 2021.

She was born on June 13, 1950, in Hot Springs, the daughter of Earl Odell Martin and Martha Lavada Yates Martin. On March 5, 1971, she married Clifford Loveday. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Timmy Martin.

Margaret was a Christian and of the Baptist faith. She worked at Walmart #261 on Central Avenue for many years in the bakery before retiring. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved her family with all her heart. She was loved so much and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Clifford Loveday of Hot Springs; two sons and their spouses, David and Laura Loveday and Justin and Eboni Loveday, all of Hot Springs; three daughters and their spouses, Cheryl Craig of Hot Springs, Lori Loveday and Iteima Allen of Hot Springs, and Tosha and T.J. Thibeau of Benton; ten grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Rex and Pat Martin and Roger Martin, all of Hot Springs; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Linda Ivey of Hot Springs and Ginger and Leasel Bryant of Story; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

Graveside service will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 17, 2021, in the Crestview Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Tuesday, November 16, 2021.
