Margaret Hudson went to be with her Lord Thursday July 30, 2015. Margaret retired from Hardin & Wilson where she was an insurance Account Manager. After retiring, she and her sister, Carolyn Rogers, spent quality time being caregivers to their mother, Lottie Spaunhurst. Margaret enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Spaunhurst, mother Lottie Spaunhurst, husband John Hudson, an infant son and a great-grandson. She is survived by her children, Carol Alexander (Danny) of Roland, Cheryl Hudson (Tony) of Houston, Chris Hudson of Roland and Cindy Shadrick (Greg) of Hensley; a sister, Carolyn Rogers; nine grandchildren and four great- grandchildren; and two special nieces, Tina and Tammy Rogers and family.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 2 from 3-5 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Monday, August 3 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Jerry Patton, followed by interment at Kennerly Cemetery in Roland.
