Margaret Helen Coulon, 80, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away December 23, 2021.  She was born October 6, 1941, in Russellville, Arkansas to the late Raymond and Ruth Inez (Tedford) Harrell.

Helen was of the Baptist faith.  She enjoyed working and could often be found sewing, gardening, baking cakes for her family, or cooking wonderful Sunday dinners.  Helen loved having her family over and cherished spending time with them.  She loved flowers and flowering trees.  Helen had a heart full of love for her family, friends, and animals of all kinds.

Preceding Helen in death is her ex- husband, Don Coulon, Sr.; and her parents.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children:  Don Coulon, Jr. and his wife Leigh Ann and Donna Workman and her husband Gary; grandchildren:  Christa and husband Jesse, Ashley, Jeremy and wife Julia, Cami and husband K.C., and Emma; great-grandchildren:  Bryce,  Whitlee, Brynlee, Paisli, Jaxon, Hadlee, Tatum, Cooper, Karter, and Beau; brother, Douglas Ray Harrell and wife Joan; and many more family members and friends who love Helen and will miss her always.

Celebration of Life service will be held from 10:00 AM to Noon, Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market Street, Benton, Arkansas.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or the Humane Society.
