Margaret Copeland

Margaret M. Piechoski Copeland, 95, passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018. She was born to Valentine and Stella Piechoski on October 4, 1923 in North Little Rock, Arkansas. She was a lifelong member of St. Anne Catholic church, retired from the North Little Rock School District and from Kroger. She was a woman of many talents, who loved dancing, especially doing the Polka.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Walter M. Copeland; brothers, Edward and Sylvester Piechoski and her sister, Albena Eden. She is survived by her sister, Angeline Dollar; sons, Martin (Martine) Copeland of France and Robert Copeland (Tammy Newton) of North Little Rock; grandchildren, Juliet Copeland and Kristin Wohner; and great-grandchild, Makynleigh Wohner.
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association or St. Anne Catholic Church.
A visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, November 1, 2018 followed by a rosary service at 7:00 p.m., at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 2nd at St. Anne Catholic Church with Father Keith Higginbotham officiating. Interment will follow at Little Rock National Cemetery.
