Marcella Tippit

Marcella Faye Tippit, 87, of Cabot, Arkansas went to be with the Lord January 27, 2022.

Marcella loved her family.  She had very close relationships with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  She was an excellent cook and was known for her delicious pies and her big family dinners.

Marcella was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Robert Tippit; one daughter Perinda Anderson; her parents Elmer and Ona Pryor; and one sister Laverne Potts.

She is survived by daughter Anita Hillenburg (Buddy) of Cabot; son Dwight Tippit (Bonnie) of Panama City Beach, Florida; one brother Alton Pryor (Ann) of Sherwood; one sister, Sandra Webber of Des Arc; seven grandchildren, Ronald Caldwell of North Little Rock, Brandon Hillenburg (Brandi) of Cabot, Justin Anderson (Amanda) of Sheffield, Alabama, Pamela Smith (Michael) of Beebe, Daniel Hillenburg (Sarah) of Cabot, Colton Tippit of Winter Park, Florida, and Austin Tippit of Panama City Beach, Florida.  She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank Greystone Nursing and Rehab in Cabot and Terry Collins for the special care they gave Marcella.

Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 p.m. Friday, February 4, 2022, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe, followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m.  Burial will be in Hebron Cemetery in Carlisle.  Arrangements by Smith Westbrook Funeral Home.  Please visit  www.smithfamilycares.com/westbrook to view the registry.
