Mae Louise Utley died October 7, 2006. She was born November 7, 1912 in Lincoln, Nebraska the daughter of the late George and Katharina Brehm. She was a member of Cabot First Baptist Church and Cabot Eastern Star. She was an avid fisherman, reader and embroider and was known for her bread making and love of her family.
She is survived by one son, Bobby Utley and wife Sue of Cabot; 16 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 20 great-great grandchildren; three sisters, Sophia Payne of Houston, Texas, Irene Harris of Hydro, Oklahoma and Alice Heggen of Bristow, Oklahoma; three brothers, Herbert Brehm of Weatherford, Oklahoma, Philip Brehm of Hinton, Oklahoma and Nathan Brehm of Skiatook, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by four sons, Damon, Orville, Kenneth and Keith Utley; brother, Richard Breham; three sisters, Marie Amen, Elnora Smith and Clara Laubach.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Cabot Library or charity of choice.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at First Baptist Church of Cabot. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Tuesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.northlittlerockfuneralhome.com.
