Madeline Otto

Madeline Mae Otto, 85 of De Soto, Kansas (former resident of Little Rock, Arkansas) passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2009 at Hillside Village Nursing Center in De Soto Kansas. She was born on April 12, 1924 in Lonoke, Arkansas; she was the daughter of Rupert Wilson and Sallie Harris Wilson.
Madeline was a graduate of Central High School in Little Rock, and worked as a bookkeeper for J. A. Riggs Tractor Company. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Little Rock.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Gordon Otto, a daughter Kathy Otto, a brother Rupert "Bub" Wilson, and a sister Martha Jane Parker.
Survivors include a son Ed Otto and wife Connie of De Soto, Kansas; a sister Lou Norris of San Marcos, Texas; granddaughter Shearon Nowak and husband David of Overland Park and children Riley, Reagan, and Ryan; and granddaughter Jennie Williamson and husband Brian of Franklin, Tennessee; and daughter Emma Lou.
Funeral services will be held at Noon, Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at Huson Funeral Home Chapel at 6400 Mabelvale Pike, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209 with Reverend Dr. John Wright officiating. a Committal Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. at Little Rock National Veterans Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday at the Huson Funeral Home Chapel from 11:00 a.m. until the service time at Noon.
