Mabel Hatfield, 90 of Ward, Arkansas, Mabel passed away peacefully surrounded by her family that she loved dearly, on Friday, August 19, 2022.  She was born August 23, 1931 to Ireland and Mildred (Adams) Mullins in Dingess, West Virginia. Mabel worked at Remington Ammunitions Plant until retirement.  She loved gospel music and enjoyed going out to eat, really just going out anywhere. She’d just grab her purse and be ready to go. She loved visiting with her family from the oldest to the youngest. Her passion was flowers and grew many varieties in her own yard. She was always a fun-loving Mimi that will be truly missed.

She is survived by her daughter, Paula (Charles) Peppers of Conway; son, Max (Connie) Hatfield of Cabot; daughter-in-law Toni Hatfield; grandchildren, Kelly (Jason) Wood, David (Lindsey) Hatfield, Eric Smith, Jessica (Charlie) Graves, Krista (Ian) Alpert, Rebecca (Derek) Hawkins, Mandy (Charlie) Robertson, David Wood; great grandchildren, Blake (Julianne) Passen, Cody (Natasha) Passen, Kenzie (Kyle) Rankins, Cala (Austin Shores) Passen, Savannah Hatfield, Ben Alpert, Reagan Robertson, Caden Robertson, Brennen Smith, Summerlyn Graves, Atalee Graves, Makinley Hawkins, Hudson Hawkins; great great-grandchildren, Autumn, Mollie, Kaiden, Myles, Bellah, Nate, and Axle; along with four brothers and four sisters.

Mabel was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carl Hatfield; son, Dave Hatfield; great great-granddaughter, Sophia Nooner; sister, Erma Matthews and brother, Bill Mullins.

A private memorial service will be held, followed by burial in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Smith Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Please visit www.smithfamilycares.com/westbrook to view the online registry.
