M. W. "Bill" Harrison, 76, of McRae, Arkansas was born March 7, 1932, in Tigert, Tennessee to Arbie and Otie Pierce Harrison and passed away Monday, October 20, 2008. Bill was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and a retired truck driver for Wal-Mart. He is preceded in death by his parents; a son Ricky; one brother and three sisters. Bill is survived by his wife of fifty-four years, Linda Moore Harrison; one son, Wayne Harrison of McRae; three daughters, Tina Weaver of McRae, Brenda Book of Beebe and Louise Schroeder of Garner; two sisters, Barbara Swain of Ward and Dorothy Palmer of Kensett; one brother, J. I. Harrison of Benton, Louisiana; eleven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 23, 2008 at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 24, 2008, at Westbrook Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Lebanon Cemetery with full Military Honors. Robby Schroeder, Michael Harrison, Derry Harrison, Wayne Heathscott, Charles Swain, Jim Harrison, Chris Stewart and Darren Harrison will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Chucky Stotler, Keith Weaver and Jimmy Moffett.
