Lynn E Boyd

Lynn E. Boyd, 62, passed away on Tuesday, May 24th, after a fierce battle with cancer. She was born in Wynne, Arkansas, and grew up in the Sherwood area. She had recently moved to Maumelle after spending 17 years in Ponte Vedra, Florida. 

She was predeceased by her parents, Leonard and Hazel Carter. She is survived by her loving husband David Boyd, her daughter Beth Graham and her husband Josh, son Christopher Boyd, grandchildren Kate Nilles and Karr Graham, two sisters Vickie Bajorek (Ted), and Bobbye Smith (Ray), and several nieces and nephews.

Lynn was a longtime employee of Fidelity Information Services, as a Human Resources Specialist. She was a wonderful wife and mother and a devoted grandmother. She was a strong and generous person who always thought of others before herself.  

She and David loved spending time at the beach and at Disney World, where they often took family and friends. She loved animals and was involved in animal rescue for many years. She will be missed by all who knew her. We were privileged to have her in our lives.

Visitation will be held 1:00-3:00pm Saturday, June 4th with a Memorial Service to follow beginning at 3:00pm at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Court, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205.
