Luther Maurice Lott, 80, of Little Rock, died April 26, 2009. Born February 16, 1929 in Mangum, Oklahoma, the son of William and Eva Lott, he was retired after 33 ½ years of service with the FAA. Following retirement, he taught avionics and crash scene investigation. He was a member of Fellowship Bible Church where he volunteered with the tape ministry and also spent two years in Haiti doing missionary work.
He is survived by his son, Steve Lott; daughter, Diana Lott of Pine Bluff; and three sisters of Oklahoma. He also leaves behind many dear friends at Fellowship Bible Church whom he considered to be family.
Services will be held on Thursday, April 30 at 1:00 p.m. at Fellowship Bible Church, 1401 Kirk Road, Little Rock, officiated by Pastors David Bruns and Bill Parkinson. Memorials may be made to Fellowship Bible Church.
