Ludell Isom

Ludell B. Isom, 85, of Benton, Arkansas passed away December 24, 2020.  She was born April 21, 1935 in Cabot, Arkansas to the late Hilburn and Sybil (McDonald) Hill.

Ludell worked many years at the Arkansas Children’s Colony as a cook and housekeeper.  Her children were the light of her life.  She had a great love for her family and always remembered everyone’s birthdays.  Her hobby was keeping everyone “in line”.

Preceding Ludell in death are her husband, Cecil Isom; daughter, Lana; granddaughter, Trisha; and her parents.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her three sons:  Eddie Isom and wife Leassie, Ricky Isom and wife Tanya, and Randy Isom and girlfriend Sheila; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of family members and friends who love Ludell and will miss her always.

Graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, December 30 at Old Union Cemetery, 7000 Bland Loop, Benton, Arkansas 72019.  Visitation will be held from 10:00-10:30 AM, prior to service.  State of Arkansas COVID-19 Directives followed:  Masks are required, and social distancing maintained.
