Lucille Smith, 87, of North Little Rock passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015. She was born January 31, 1928 in Winchester, Tennessee to late Lawson and Fannie Asher McGee. She retired from Arkansas State Police and worked for Park Hill Baptist Church for 31 years. Lucille was a member of Levy Baptist Church for 54 years.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Smith who died in 1989. She is survived by her son, Darrell Smith (Kathy) of Sherwood; three grandchildren, James Hester, Jr. (Michele), Amy Smith (Karen) and Joseph Hester (Tristen); and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
