Lucille Smith
Lucille Maureen Smith, 79, of Austin, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2009. She was born December 2, 1929, in Bokhoma, Oklahoma, and was a long time member of Baugh Chapel Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Laura Roberts, a sister Virginia McClellan, and three brothers, Albert Roberts, Charles Roberts, and Bob Roberts. Lucy is survived by her husband of sixty-two years, Rayburn T. Smith of Austin; children, Steve Smith of Austin, Dennis Smith (Melissa) of Cabot, and Sherry Berry (Lynn) of Austin; a sister, Betty Gross of North Little Rock; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 19, 2009, at Baugh Chapel Baptist Church, 5570 Hwy 319 West, Austin, AR 72007. Burial will follow at Sixteenth Section Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Baugh Chapel Baptist Church.
