Lucille Chatman

Lucille Chatman, 75, received her eternal wings on Sunday, August 15, 2021. She was born in Natchez, MS the daughter of the late Catherine Dyson Chatman and Elijah Chatman.

Lucille was a faithful Christian, with a strong love for gospel music. She dedicated her adult life to her children, she absolutely loved being a mother. Her children remember her as a selfless person who would do anything for anyone.

She is survived by her children, Janice Chatman, James Chatman (Amber), Donald Chatman, Susie Chatman, Tommy Chatman, Robert Chatman, Markus Veasley, and Christopher Veasley; grandchildren, Pamela Marshall, Patricia Chatman, Portorious Patterson, Aaron Johnson, Lakesha Williams, Michael Williams, Jordan Cooper, Brianna Veasley, Jay Chatman, and James Saxx; great-grandchildren, Keniyah Marshall, Pamar Marshall, and Jaylyn Lewis; siblings Roosevelt Chatman, Rose Gordon, Catherine Chatman, Leon Chatman, Lee Roy Chatman, Emma Chatman, Mary Chatman, and a host of niece and nephews.

Graveside services will be Friday, September 17 at 9:00am at Butler Cemetery in Mabelvale, AR.
