Lucille Barnett, 95, of Jacksonville passed away Monday, January 8, 2007. She was a member of First General Baptist Church and liked to do quilt work.
She is survived by two sons, Robert Barnett and his wife, Pernie, of Jacksonville and David Barnett and his wife, Karen, of Garland, Texas; daughter, Mary Lawhon and husband, Elmer, of Hensley; sister, Loretta Hoover and husband, James, of North Little Rock; brother, James A. Burford and wife, Maxine, of Merced, California; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jeff Barnett; son, Leon Barnett; granddaughter, Rhonda Lawhon; sister, Virginia Dyke and brother, Milford Burford.
A graveside service will be held 1:00 P.M., Thursday at Romance Cemetery in Romance. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.northlittlerockfuneralhome.com.
