Lowell Smith,
Lowell Lee Smith, Jr., 58, of Little Rock, passed away June 28, 2006. A veteran of the United States Army, he is survived by his mother, Dorothy A. Worthen Smith. Funeral service will be Friday, July 7, at 10:00 a.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner of I-630 and Barrow), Little Rock, followed by burial in the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, North Little Rock. Arrangements by Little Rock Funeral Home, (501) 224-2200.
