Dominic, Alexander and Joel will use the skill they have been taught to make their father proud.
The most important part of Louis' life was he service to God. He came to learn Bible truths that stirred his heart and he dedicated his life to Jehovah God. He symbolized this by water baptism on April 17, 1982, becoming one of Jehovah‘s Witnesses. He was known for his zealous ministry. He used every opportunity to preach about God's Kingdom and the blessings that Kingdom would bring to mankind. He remained loyal and kept his integrity to the end. He is now in Jehovah God's memory, and we can be comforted by the scripture at Hebrews 6:10. "For God is not unrighteous so as to forget your work and the love you showed for his name, in that your have ministered to the holy ones and continue ministering."
He died with the peace of mind, knowing he had pleased Jehovah and expressing his love for his family, he was comforted by the terms of endearment and final hugs. According to Romans 8:38, 39, the apostle Paul was convinced and so was Louis of these words, "For I am convinced that neither death nor life nor angels nor governments nor things now here nor things to come nor powers nor height nor depth nor any other creation will be able to separate us from God's love that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
His faith made him strong and he was confident that he would see his loved ones again. So strong was his faith in the resurrection, it was reflected in his final words, "Love you, see ya, later."
Services will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2119 Wolfe St, Little Rock, AR on Monday, January 21, 2013 at 11:00 am.
