Louis Constantine

Louis J. Constantine, 88, of Benton, Arkansas passed away November 22, 2020.  He was born March 9, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Frank and Susan (Petrucci) Constantine.

Louis loved the Lord and was a member of Centerpoint Church in Benton.  He proudly served in the United States Army.  Louis was a LPC with the Community Health Counseling Services in Hot Springs, Living Hope Counseling of Hot Springs & Arkadelphia Arkansas. Lou was a Mental Health Advocate his entire life, Lou truly had a gift of Listening including the Ministry of Mercy & Helps.

Lou, along with several State Legislatures were able to get the Disabilities Act passed in the 70's  Lou truly tried to help everyone he came in contact with his entire life.

Preceding Louis in death are his wife, Clara Maxine Constantine, parents, Frank and Susan Constantine, Sister, Mary Ann Begale of Chicago, Sister, Claire of Chicago, Sister, Alice Quinn of New Jersey, Sister, Judy Doyle of Florida.

Left to cherish his memory are two sons:  Michael & wife Carrie Constantine of Little Rock and John & wife Angela Constantine of Georgia; six grandchildren; Nine great-grandchildren;  and many family members and friends who love Louis and will miss him always.

Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM, Thursday,  December 3, at Centerpoint Church, 20383 Interstate 30 S, Benton, Arkansas 72015.  Funeral service, officiated by Rev. Pat Dezort, will follow at 11:00 AM.  Burial with military honors will be held at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Arkansas.  State of Arkansas COVID-19 Directives followed:  masks are required at all services and social distancing will be maintained.
