Louis Breece

Louis Carl Breece, 84, of Little Rock passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2008. He was a retired Manager for Union Pacific Railroad, a member of Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of Big Rock Masonic Lodge and the Consistory. Carl was a Naval aircraft fighter pilot in World War II, he also flew humanitarian missions for the Naval reserves. He was an avid golfer and member of North Hills Country Club. Carl was the ?handy man? for his friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Maurine and grandson, Bradley Carl Eastin. Survivors include his son, Randy Breece and his fiance Judy Waller, of Little Rock; daughter, Kay Eastin (Freddy), of Hot Springs; sister, Otheda Woods (Joe) of San Monica, California; and his sweetheart, Betty Allen; four grandchildren, Holly and Max Eastin, Jamie and Jonathan Breece; three great-grandchildren; aunt, Polly Bass and several beloved nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to express a special thanks to UAMS Intensive Care Unit.
Memorials may be made to UAMS Reynolds Geriatric Unit or Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M., Saturday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will be in Rest Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St. 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
