Lottie Jane Gray was born October 9, 1953 and departed her earthly body on January 3, 2015. She was born to her parents, Bessie and Jessie Stivers and was raised up with her five siblings in rural Arkansas. At a young age, she met and fell in love with her (surviving) husband Rex Gray. Over the next several years, they together had three sons: Mark, Matt, and Rex Jr. (Pnut). They raised them all and soon found themselves grandparents. The entirety of her grandchildren include her three grandsons, Anthony, Joshua and Christian and her two granddaughters Sydney and Lucky; all surviving her. She also had six great grandchildren, Cohen, Karter, Marklihn, Chloe, Bobby Jr. and Kooper. She adored all of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and would oftentimes base her best of times around visits with them. Many of them were able to visit her in her last few days. Though her health had begun to fail her in her later years, she still thrived on some things in life. She fought through several years of chaotic health issues, and she is thankfully, no longer suffering. She has departed from her earthly form, mission complete, and has gone to be with God, who has certainly welcomed her with open arms into the pearly gates of Heaven. As a mother, a wife, a sister, an aunt, a grand and great grandmother too many, her spirit and witty conversations as well as her strong will and warm heart will be dearly missed. This was and still is a woman truly loved. She will NEVER be forgotten. Visitation will be Thursday, January 8, at 1:00 p.m. with services following at 2:00 p.m. at Harmony Baptist Church in Cato. She will be laid to rest at Harmony Grove Cemetery. Arrangements by Griffin Leggett Funeral Home, Conway.
