Loretta Lea Brown "Pete"

Loretta Lea Brown “Pete”, born October 22, 1932, went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 18, 2022. She passed peacefully in her home in the company of her loving husband for 63 years, Albert Brown.

G-maw, Gawdy, Pete, Lorretta; she went by many names because she was loved by many. Her home was always an open door, and she loved spending time with her friends and family.

Loretta was preceded in death by her parents Otis and Lora Sutton, her sister Wanda Jones Cruz, infant granddaughter Michelle Rae Bowden her beloved son Mike Bowden, and her late husband Rudy Bowden.

Loretta leaves behind a great legacy in her wonderful family. She is survived by husband Albert Brown, son Gary Bowden (Maureen), daughter in-law, Elaine Bowden, sister Becky Langham, brother Ronnie Sutton (Donna); grandchildren Ronnie Bowden (Ashley), Maegen Bowden Mooney (Jimi), Angie Bowden Shaw (Justin), Kristi Bowden Jones (Tommy). Great grand-children; Tristin Wood, Micah Mooney, Neeley Bowden, Kaeden Phonvilai, Kinley Jones and Anna Shaw. As well as many nieces and nephews.

Loretta will be greatly missed by many, but many are also greatly thankful for the 89 years they had with her. A celebration of live gathering will be held at GRACEchurch, 24300 Highway 167, Hensley. Wednesday, May 25th at 10am.
