Loretta Bell Babbitt, 74, of Bauxite, Arkansas passed away November 12, 2016. She was born June 21, 1942 in New Boston, Texas to the late Azel and Effie Hornbuckle McGee. Loretta leaves to cherish her memories her spouse, Carlos Babbitt, Sr., children Carlos Babbitt, Jr., Phyllis Coney, and Karla Rhodes; ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends who loved Loretta and will miss her always.
