Lorene D. Turpin, 85, of Beebe, Arkansas, was born April 26, 1928 at Hickory Plains, Arkansas to Henry and Avis Downing. She departed this life Tuesday, October 29, 2013. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of forty-seven years, Dale Turpin; four daughters; one son; thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and one sister.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; one sister; and two sons.
Visitation is 9:00 a.m. Saturday, November 2, 2013, at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe, with funeral following at 10:00 a.m. Burial is in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Westbrook Funeral Home, a Smith Family Funeral Home.
