Lorene Ida Huneycutt, 94, of Sparkman passed away Thursday, January 21, 2010, at Twin Rivers Health and Rehab Center in Arkadelphia. She was born October 17, 1915 in Dalark, the daughter of the late Albert and Ala Amis Langley. She was a member of the Dalark United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Ivan Huneycutt; an infant son Ivan Hartsel; and daughter Patricia Lou.
She is survived by a daughter, Irma Denton and husband Donny, of Sparkman; one grandson, Todd Denton and wife, Amy, of Little Rock; one grand-daughter, Gina Fox of Little Rock; four great grand children, Kate and Max Denton; and Drew and Ben Fox.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 24, at 2:00 P.M. in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Atchley Cemetery in Dalark. Visitation will be from 6 - 8 P.M. Saturday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. Memorials may be made to the Dalark United Methodist Church or the Atchley Cemetery Fund.
