Lois Fay Mahan, 71, of North Little Rock passed away Thursday, June 9, 2011. She was born October 20, 1939 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Richard Archie and Ina Inez Venable Henard. She was baptized at Crystal Valley Baptist Church and worked at Camp Robinson Base Exchange for many years. Lois was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, James Mahan, of North Little Rock; daughters, Linda Fay Davis (Tim) of Little Rock and Cathy Jean Middleton (John), of North Little Rock; sons, James Eddie Mahan (Kathy) of Vilonia and David Martin Mahan (Laura) of Berryville; grandchildren, Kevin Davis, Haley Middleton, Alicia Pratter, James Michael Mahan, Jessica Mahan and Nathan Mahan; great-grandchildren, Dayna, Kaden, Whitney, Mason and Maddie; Lois special companion Angel; her twin sister, Linda Bradley, of Sherwood; and brothers, Wayne Henard, of Beebe; and Gary Henard, of Waverly, Tennessee.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
