Lois Havniear

Lois Marie Lawson Havniear, 72, of Alexander passed away Thursday, November 10, 2011. She worked in the Lumber industry as an account clerk and also worked in retail sales. She loved professional baseball especially the St. Louis Cardinals.

She is survived by her daughter, Diana L. Henry, of Alexander; three sons, Roger W. (Lisa) Havniear, of Mabelvale, Ronald W. (Christy) Havniear, of Traskwood and Richard W. (Kimberly) Havniear, of Jacksonville; two brothers, Bobbie J. Lawson, of Jacksonville and J. Emmett Lawson, of Alexander; sister, Connie L. Hilton, of Mabelvale; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Claude and Mavis Edwin Byrd Lawson; husband, James R. Havniear, Sr., and sister, Ruby C. Kret.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Pinecrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest registry at www.nlrfh.com.
