Loeda "Lee" Mills

Loeda “Lee” I. Mills, 89, of Antioch, Arkansas went to her heavenly home on December 17, 2021.   She was born June 26, 1932, in Peach Orchard, Arkansas to W.W. “Bill” Stormes and Esther Rowe Stormes.  She retired from Harvard Interior in St. Louis, Missouri where she was a Quality Control Inspector.  Following retirement, she moved to Antioch, Arkansas.  She attended Open Arms Assembly of God in Beebe.

She is survived by sons, Jimmy Hearren (Lenora) of Waterloo, Illinois and Allon Bailey II (Sharon) of Gadsden, Alabama; daughters, Myra Hearren Trobis (Thomas) of Antioch and Carol Crump Westergren (Michael) of Beebe; one brother, Edwin Stormes (Mary) of Pocahontas; 22 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren, and numerous relatives that all loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Esther Stormes; her husband, Joe Mills; two sisters, Levetta Rose Stormes and Alma Sue Stormes; daughter-in- law, Sherry Bailey; and grandson, Nathaniel Crump.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 16, 2022, 11:00 a.m. at Open Arms Assembly of God in Beebe, Arkansas.  Her children will privately bury her ashes at Sylvania Cemetery in Ward, Arkansas.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Open Arms Assembly of God, 1103 N. Fir Street, Beebe, AR 72012, Building Fund or charity of choice.
