Lloyd G. Stockton, age 79 of Okolona died Monday, January 16, 2006 at the Pine Hope Health & Rehab Center in Hope, AR. He was born Aug. 20, 1926 the son of the late Alfred and Gertie Lee Howard Stockton. He was a farmer, a WWII U. S. Army veteran and a member of the Antoine Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Ruth Stockton and one sister, Carol Ruth Kelly.
Survivors include his daughter, Pat Rowe and her husband, Dennis of Arkadelphia; one grandson, Dustin Stockton and his wife, Bethany of Hollywood.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 18, 2006 in Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel with Rev. Randy Hughes and Rev. Charlie Williams officiating. Interment will be in the Halfway Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Halfway Cemetery Fund c/o Bank of Delight.
