Lindsey Dee Johnson, 92, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, formerly of North Little Rock, passed away August 21, 2011. He was born January 15, 1919 to the late Clyde and Pearl Johnston in Walker's Corner, Arkansas. Mr. Johnson was a retired millwright carpenter and a World War II veteran who served in the U.S. Army from 1941-1945. He is preceded in death by his wife of sixty-three years, Mary Lillian Johnson.
Survivors include his two sons, Richard Johnson (Carolyn) of Hot Springs and Dean Johnson (Marie) of Maine; one grandson, Ronnie Bowden (Ashley); and one great-granddaughter, Neeley Bowden of Germany.
Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 25, 2011, at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe, with funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Dogwood Cemetery, Griffithville.
