Linda Tillery

Linda Tillery, age 76, of Glenwood, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2025, at her home.  She was born February 17, 1948, in California to Loyd and Patricia (Taylor) Cogburn.  Linda and her husband, Danny, pastored Grenade Holiness Church in Pencil Bluff, Arkansas for the last 14 years.  She was a loving wife and was a homemaker.  Linda enjoyed taking care of and spoiling her great-grandkids.  She was preceded in death by her father, Loyd Cogburn; and brother, Stephen Cogburn.

Linda is survived by her husband of 24 years, Danny Tillery of Glenwood; mother, Patricia Cogburn of Mount Ida; children,  Angie (Kennon) Davenport of Blue Ridge, Georgia, and Wesley Downer of Norman; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Kathy (Bruce) Slaton of Glenwood; several nieces, nephews, and extended family members, as well as a host of friends who will miss her dearly.  

Memorial services are at 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 24, 2025, at Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel in Glenwood with Brother Joseph Rowland and Brother Tony Rocha officiating.  Arrangements are by Smith Family Funeral Home - Glenwood, 209 North 3rd Street, Glenwood, Arkansas 71943, www.smithfamilycares.com.
