Linda Sanders

Linda Lou Sanders, 70, of Ward, Arkansas went to be with the Lord April 5, 2019.  She was born to James and Pauline Rogers on March 3, 1949 in Adrian, Michigan.

Linda was a determined lady who put herself through school, raised her children as a single mother and graduated Suma Cum Laude from Park College in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource and Business Management.

She loved to find bargains at yard sales and flea markets.  Linda enjoyed spending time outdoors camping and fishing, and reading.  She was a proud wife, mother and grandmother.  Linda was a devout Christian with outspoken faith.  She was greatly involved with the Family Council organization and advocate for the unborn.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, infant sister Mary Jane, infant granddaughter River Layne Roberts, and brother-in-law Clifford Fortner.

She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Sanders; children Chris Mann and Amy (Bo) Roberts; grandchildren Justin, Lola, Willow and little Bo; brother Jerry (Flo) Rogers; sister Janice Fortner; nephew James Fortner; and her beloved dog, Lucy.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.  Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 11, 2019, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Sixteenth Section Cemetery.
