Linda Jackson

Linda Sue Jackson, 65, of Little Rock passed away on September 16, 2016. Linda was a woman who loved Jesus Christ with her whole heart. That love came through with her words and actions to those who knew her. She greatly loved her children, their spouses, and her grandchildren.

She was known as a woman with a dry sense of humor. She loved eating out with her friends, sitting on her deck to listen to the birds sing, reading and listening to all types of music. She also enjoyed her years of teaching and working in the library at Little Rock Christian Academy. The children enjoyed going in the library or seeing her around town. They always had a smile when they saw Mrs. Jackson.

Linda was born on January 6, 1951 in Paris, AR to Ernest Jefferson Allen and Kathryn (Hurst) Allen Trent. She is survived by her son, Timothy Jackson of Little Rock, and his wife, Magan; daughter, Jennifer Whittle of Springdale, AR, and her husband, Chris; daughter, Julie Jackson of Madrid, Spain; her mother, Kathryn; sister, Kay Wiggins of Springdale; brother, Mike Allen of Conway, AR; and grandchildren, Seth, Caleb and Leah Whittle of Springdale. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Jackson, Jr., and by her father.

We will greatly miss you, Linda. You always provided a place of love and acceptance for us. You loved us well.
