Linda Cook

Linda J. Cook passed away surrounded by loved ones on November 9th in Little Rock, Arkansas.  She was 76 years old.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Amy (Casey) Simon of North Little Rock and her two grandchildren, Anna and Owen Simon.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Bonnie Cannon and sister Carolyn Cannon Cornett.

Linda was born in Little Rock on July 5th, 1945. She graduated from Central High School in Little Rock and received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Linda worked for PDC Companies in Little Rock for 31 years where she served as Vice President of Management.  She loved her work and all the people that she worked with over the years.

Once she retired in 2016, her new focus was spending time with her family. She loved to be with her two grandchildren, Anna and Owen. They were her greatest joy and spoiled them to no end!

Linda leaves a great legacy behind. She was a wonderful mother, friend and Nana and will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, November 16th at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street, North Little Rock, AR from 5:00 to 7:00 in the evening. Please drop by anytime to visit with the family and share some memories of Linda.
