Lillie Stanley

Lillie Ruth Stanley, 85, of Maumelle, AR, passed peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2017 when she succumbed to cancer. She was born January 9, 1932 in Athens, LA to the late William Henry and Ona Mae Driver. She was one of nine siblings. She was a member of the First Pentecostal Church for 23 years.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ona Mae Johnson Driver, her father, William Henry Driver, husband, George Elton Stanley; two brothers, William "Buddy" Driver and Billy Driver; three sisters, Hazel Cooper, Oneida Shelton and Jean Ponder; three grandsons, Chris Bancroft, Seth Stanley and David Paul Stanley and one granddaughter, Kayla Stanley.
She is survived by three daughters, Barbara Kellebrew, Shirley Crain and Karen Dedman; four sons, Eddie Stanley, Donnie Stanley, Ronnie Stanley and Jimmy Stanley; three sisters, Maudie Ponder, Mable Ponder and Carolyn Ponder; fifteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held at First Pentecostal Church, North Little Rock on Friday February 17th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and funeral services will begin at 10:00 am on Saturday, February 18th at First Pentecostal Church.
