Lewis Roberts,
Lewis Burton Roberts, Sr., 81, of North Little Rock, died November 6, 2010. Lewis was born in Milan, Pennsylvania on July 3, 1929 to Joseph and Lila Jones Roberts. He was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Corps and retired as an office machine mechanic with City Business Machines in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Survivors include daughters, Sandra Hobson of No. Little Rock and Michael Kraft of Baltimore, Maryland; son, Lewis Roberts, Jr., also of Baltimore; sisters, Shirley McKin of Weaverville, North Carolina and Emily Shaffer of Geneseo, New York; brother, Elwin Roberts of Columbia Cross Roads, Pennsylvania; and six grandchildren. Lewis was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Reba Roberts and sister, Anita Lewis.
The family wishes to thank the VA Medical Foster Care Program. A special thanks to caregiver, Christina Onecic, who is truly an angel on earth.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 11 at 2:00 p.m. at Shiloh Cemetery, near Jefferson, Texas.
