Leta Kathryn Arnold age 63, of the Hollywood community near Arkadelphia, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2014 in Hot Springs. She was born August 28, 1951 to Foster and Helen Horton Waters. Leta was a Veterans Service Officer for Clark county for many years and was a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her father, Foster Waters and one son, Kelly Arnold.
Survivors include her husband, Ronnie Arnold; one son, Michael Arnold and his wife, Tami of Hollywood; her mother, Helen Horton Waters of Hollywood; two grandchildren, Hunter Penfield and Kennedi Arnold; and one sister, Brenda Green of Arkadelphia.
Services will be at 2:00 PM Sunday, October 12th at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home with Pastor Charlie Williams and Pastor Brad West officiating. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.
Memorials may be made to Clark County Humane Society 627 Walnut St. Arkadelphia, AR. 71923.
