It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Marie Johnson of Benton, Arkansas.  She passed away peacefully at home on June 29, 2023, after an extended battle with Crohn’s Disease.  Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Leslie had touched in some small way throughout her very memorable life.  Leslie’s life was too short for many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives.

Leslie was born on February 8, 1984 in Muscatine, Iowa.  She leaves behind a son, Ethan (Elizabeth) Johnson, a daughter, Gracie Johnson, and a grandson, Jagger Johnson, her parents, Robert and Sarah Landreth, all of Benton, two brothers, John Cunningham of Windsor, PA, and Nathan (Mackenzie) Johnson of San Antonio, TX, five sisters, Letha Stanley of Arkansas, Jaclyn (Randy) Littles of Bryant, AR, Brandy Himes, Kimberly (Seth) Dunlap, Lorie (Chasity) Bray, all of Benton, AR, grandmothers, Sharon Swails of Rock Island, ILL and Glenda Landreth of Benton, AR. She also leaves behind special
extended families Tim, Christine, Bee and Joe Santry of Gardner, MA, and Tracy, Kristie and Brooks Langston of Greenbrier, TN and special friend Carol DePriest.  She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Irwin and Roberta Cunningham and Robert C. Landreth. 

Graveside service, officiated by Pastor Doyle Caldwell, will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 5, at Rosemont Cemetery in Benton, Arkansas.
