Leslie Dycus
Leslie (White) Dycus, 55, of Cabot passed away Friday, November 13, 2009. A 1972 graduate of North Little Rock High School, University of Conway Honors College, Summa Cum Laude, and received her Masters in Social work from UALR. She was a dedicated child/family counselor.
She is survived by her husband, Robert "Dennis" Dycus, of Cabot; two sons, Nick Dycus and Dylan Dycus and wife, Victoria, of Cabot; four grandchildren; mother, Marianne White, of North Little Rock; and her best friend, Neldia Preston. She was preceded in death by her father, Alex White, Jr.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to her caregivers; her brother and sister-in-law, John and Brenda Farrow, CNA Bekah Harner, Catalina Batista, Baptist Hospice and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Memorials may be made to the Saint Vincent's Health System bereavement counseling program for families that have lost infants to premature death.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
