Leon Rogers, 67, of Malvern passed away Sunday, February 5, 2012. He was born October 7, 1944 in Forrest City, Arkansas to the late Charlie and Tula Hendrix Rogers. Leon loved antiques and spent many hours with his wife going to auctions and selling his things on E-bay. He had an antique shop in Sheridan until his wife's health started failing.
He is survived by his sister, Linda Turnage (Clint); sister-in-law, Linda Rogers, both of North Little Rock; several nieces and nephews, his loving friends, Richard and Rhonda Little, Ronnie and Shirley Elrod, of Malvern; his cat, Twinkles .
He was preceded in death by his wife, Faye Rogers; and his brothers, Charles, Robert, Luther, Kenneth and Gary Rogers.
Graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m., Wednesday at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest registry at www.nlrfh.com.
