Lee Roy Bateman, 76, of Little Rock, AR passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2014.
He was a cherished husband, father, Poppie, brother and friend.
Lee Roy is survived by his wife of 55 years, Nina Bateman; his three daughters and their families, Sonya (Darrell) Rollans of Mt. View, AR, Julie (Kenneth) Factor of Tulsa, OK and Leeah (Michael) Chaney of Little Rock; and a circle of deeply loved grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as a host of precious brothers and sisters and many friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 13 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Thursday, August 14 at 2:00 p.m. at Sandstone Drive Church of Christ, 13300 Sandstone Dr., Little Rock, officiated by Mr. Mike Steiner and Mr. Henry Bateman. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
