Laura Luella Page, 77, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord February 25, 2008. She was a member of Lakeshore Drive Baptist Church and a volunteer at Bale Elementary.
Laura was a racecar driver, waitress, homecoming maid, pig farmer & mechanic. She also raised chickens. She hosted the Arkansas Ercoupe Picnic for 28 years, feeding 300 people, 3 meals/day. Her recent life consisted of volunteering at Bale Elementary School and building a life around Lakeshore Drive Baptist Church. Her greatest accomplishment, her legacy, was being ?mom?, ?grandma? and ?great?. She will be missed by a host of family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Luella (Paul) Vines of Pine Bluff; three sons, Leon (Peggy) Page of Columbus, Ohio, Curtis (Wanda) Page of Pueblo, Colorado, and Forrest Page of Texarkana, Texas; eight grandchildren, Heather (Dean), Justin (Leslie), Jennifer, Christina, James (Jennifer), Laura (Matt), Brian, Stephanie, Misty (John Paul): eleven great-grandchildren, James Jr., Kerri, Jake, Raven, Christopher, Jonathan, David, Haleigh, Caleb, Peyton, and Mia; three sister; and two brothers.
She was preceded in death by the father of her children, Leonard Page; her parents, Curt and Laura Woods; brother, Robert Woods; and granddaughter, Laurie Nicks.
Memorials may be made to Lakeshore Drive Baptist Church, 21 Lakeshore Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204 or Arkansas Hospice, 5600 West 12th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Lakeshore Drive Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
