Laura Cogburn

Laura Cogburn, age 51, of Arkadelphia, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. She was born on November 3, 1966 in Idabel, Oklahoma, the daughter of Harold Lee Flood and Patricia Lynn Rowton Flood. She was preceded in death by her father; her husband, Roy Ray Cogburn; her grandson, Benjamin Cook, Jr.; her nephew, Harold Haskelle Cogburn; and her father-in-law, Haskelle "Dude" Cogburn. Laura was raised on the Red River and enjoyed fishing and camping. She adored her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by four children, Patricia Wilson of Arkadelphia, Waylon Cogburn of Norman, Rayford Cogburn of Glenwood and April Cook of Arkadelphia; twelve grandchildren; her mother, Patricia Sheffield of Norman; three sisters, Patsy Cogburn of Norman, Marlene Hilton of Tom, Oklahoma and Wilma Flood of Ryan, Louisiana; many nieces and nephews; and her companion, Dwight "Bic" Cogburn of Arkadelphia.
