Laura Beth Berg, 73, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2022, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Laura was born on April 8, 1949, in Barbertown, Ohio. She made her home in Little Rock with her family after moving from Ohio.
Laura was known for many things. She was a loving and dedicated mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who greatly affected the lives of everyone who loved her. She was an incredible cook, an early riser, and the best listener to all. Laura was the “rock” of her family and she will be missed beyond measure.
Laura is survived by her children, Jennifer Lee Duran (Michael), Holle Ann Berg, and Brandy Ann Parker (Jacob); grandchildren, Hannah Cheyenne Standley (Tyler), Hayden Sierra Downs (Earl Ross), Harmony Savannah Tucker, and Jackson Alexander Duran; three great- grandchildren, Haylee Ann Nielsen, Hudson Tyler Standley, and Earl Ross “Dru” Downs IV. She is also survived by her nieces, Nina Kay Ubide, Julie Anna June Drobney, Debra Ann Drobney, and Lori Lou Drobney; and nephew, Matthew Endress.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Chuck” Clarence Berg; her parents, Louis and Hazel Endress; her sister Ramona Drobney; and brother Dr. Louis “Butch” Endress.
Services for Mrs. Laura Beth Berg will be held on Monday October 10, 2022, at 3:30 pm, at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct, with Bro. Bill Smith officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Michael Duran, Tyler Standley, Earl Ross Downs, III, Jackson Duran, and Braxton Tucker. A private interment will immediately follow the service at the Collegeville Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to a reception at the Duran home at 5:30 pm.
