Larry Wethington

Larry L. Wethington, 51, of Gravel Ridge passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2009. He graduated from Collingswood High School in New Jersey in 1976, was in the United States Marine Corp from 1976-1980 where he received the Good Conduct Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon and the Sharp Shooter Rifle Badge. He worked at the Veterans Administration in Louisville for 9 years.
He is survived by his wife, Tina Wethington, of Gravel Ridge; daughter, Amy Williams (Brian) of Louisville, Kentucky; two sons, Matthew Wethington, of Louisville, Kentucky and Richard Wethington, of Gravel Ridge; two grandchildren, Aidan Williams and Hailey Wethington, both of Louisville, Kentucky; mother, Genevieve A. Wethington; brother, Bob (Debbie) Wethington; niece, Jennifer Wethington and nephew, Bobby Wethington, all of Crawfordsville, Indiana; father and mother-in-law, Eugene and Marie Moseley, of Sherwood. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl D. Wethington and his sister, Nellie Roussell.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nurses and staff at Baptist Hospital ICU South.
A memorial service will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel, followed by a visitation at the home of Tina Wethington. Arrangements by North Little Rock Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
