Larry Fraley, Sr.

Larry Clint Fraley, Sr., 75, of North Little Rock passed away April 21, 2020. Larry was one of six children born to the late John L. Fraley and Edna T. Nelson Fraley. Larry was preceded in death by four siblings: Gilbert, Don, and Jimmy Fraley and Vera Quattlebaum, as well as his wife and mother of his children, Connie Looper Fraley. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Scheel Fraley, and her three children; his four sons and daughters-in-law: Clint and Kelli Fraley, Roger and Wendy Fraley, Tim and Paula Fraley and Shaun and Karen Fraley; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law:Tommy and Jane Fraley; and his Church Family at First Pentecostal of North Little Rock.

Larry founded Larry Fraley Roofing which was instrumental in his son’s later founding of Fraley Roofing, Inc. He was heavily involved in his church, First Pentecostal Church, as a guest greeter and usher, as well as being involved with remodeling projects over the years. He had many passions -hunting, traveling, carpentry, and taking care of his farm animals- but nothing made him happier than going on vacations and spending quality time with his entire family. He was known for his goofy smile and unique fashion choices that frequently brought a smile to everyone in the room. He dedicated his life to helping people in any way he could, and will be most remembered for his infectious happy, loving and caring spirit.

Viewing will be available from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, April 24,2020 in the rotunda of First Pentecostal Church, North Little Rock. A celebration of Larry’s life will begin at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, April 25, 2020 at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens, Beebe, Arkansas. The celebration will be followed by a private family burial at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
